The purpose of the Laurelwood Neighborhood Association shall be to enhance that area of the City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, State of New Mexico bounded on the West by Unser Blvd., bounded on the North by Ladera Parkway, bounded on the East by 72nd St, bounded on the South by I-40; hereinafter referred to as the Laurelwood area.
